CUET Entrance Exam

The Central Universities Entrance Test has been made mandatory for students looking to pursue any undergraduate (UG) and integrated postgraduate (PG) courses at central universities. CUET is not exactly a new examination. Earlier known as CUCET, the exam was introduced in 2010 for admission to undergraduate, integrated postgraduate and diploma/certificate courses to seven central universities. However, the Union education ministry has now made the exam mandatory for admission to central universities, including institutions like Delhi University and Visva-Bharati. Central universities and other institutions will be participating in the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
